"Take You Down" (also known by "Over Again" and "Community Dick"; originally titled "Take U Down") is an alternative-R&B song by American singer-songwriter SZA which serves as the seventeenth track in SOS Deluxe: LANA. It was released on February 9, 2025, through Top Dawg Entertainment and RCA Records.
An earlier, studio-quality mix of the song leaked on October 22, 2024. It is considered the first legitimate song leak from the rework of Lana. (

Background[]
The song was fully recorded on March 11, 2024, yet the entire version has not been released. The visuals were recorded in SZA's garage, stating she "shot it for fun,"[1] by visual artists Cass Meyers and Blue, edited by only Cass, and instrumentally produced by ThankGod4Cody and Dexter Suhn. Blue shouted out Devante Turnbull, Deanna Paley, and Maddie for their additional contributions to the visual production.
On March 27, 2024, SoundCloud users who re-uploaded the track received removal notices for containing copyright-protected content, which led to the disclosure of the official song title.
On May 13, 2024, SZA made a comment on an Instagram post asking if fans would rather have "DTM" or "Take U Down", saying: "Oh y'all n****s really like take you down ? Lemme recalculate 😂”, leading to more speculation of whether or not the song will appear in the deluxe.[2] The artist also featured the post on her story for that day.
The song released on February 9, 2025, the same day as the 2025 Super Bowl, where SZA performed "Luther" and "Gloria" as a guest performer with Kendrick Lamar, the main performer in the halftime show. Additional bass was added to the released mix of the song, and the duration carries out for a near-second longer than the original mix.

The snippet was first featured on SZA's Instagram story on March 12th, 2024, with no audio. Her official social media management team, @sza_htownteam, reposted the clip with the caption "SOS DELUXE 😉⛺🆘🤭," to which the singer replied with, "🫱🏽🫲🏾."[3] This comment confirmed to fans that the track would likely appear on the deluxe album. Many users began assuming the video segment was from a previously-teased song titled "DTM".
Several hours after the initial disclosure, SZA made an Instagram post, captioned, "Never fight over community D."[4] The clip contains more content than the other clip mentioned previously, including audio and a 1:19 duration. SZA responded to a user who asked her, "WHERE IS DIAMOND BOY," with, "on the [SOS] deluxe I'm Bout to drop lol," alluding to the imminent release of the album. A release date has not been provided.
On March 13, 2024, SZA made a Twitter post providing additional information about the song, as well as attaching a short continuation of the video, only cropping the intro out. In the tweet, the artist consulted with her fan base about whether or not to include it in the album.[1]
On December 22, 2024, the "Take You Down" music video leaked in full on an Internet forum.
